Pretty lean out there this morning — knee-high surf across the board with onshore winds making things mushy from Maine to the Cape. If you're itching to paddle out, Higgins Beach and Scarborough are seeing the lightest winds and should be the first to show improvement as swell builds through the next 24 hours. Maine looks like the play over the next couple days with faces expected to jump a foot or two — keep an eye on Higgins and Gooch's as conditions fill in.
