Pretty forgettable morning across the Outer Banks — everything's sitting at a 1-star with short-period south swell running 1-3 feet and fading. Duck Pier has the cleanest look with offshore westerlies and that 14-second east energy trickling in, while Corolla and Jennettes are also getting favorable wind angles, but there's just not enough juice to work with. Expect conditions to keep dropping through tomorrow as this swell backs off — keep an eye on the extended for any new energy to fill in later in the week.
